PAYMENT METHODS

Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Online payments are made by using the website of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. Payments can be made also beforehand by bank credit transfer.

Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Quincy Distribution will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.

With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Online banks
Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (2122839-7) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.

SHIPPING

We should also be able to dispatch your order the day we receive it or the following day at the latest. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout. If your order requires larger packaging our shipping calculator will fix you with the most economic option. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

All shipments will be shipped by Finnish post office (Itella Posti Oy)

Important note for international customers:
Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package.

DELIVERY

All orders are processed immediately after your payment. Please be patient when using wire transfers as they usually take a few days to go through. Your order should arrive to destination within a couple of days. You will be notified with a confirmation email which will include more information and a tracking number (if applicable).

We cannot guarantee any exact delivery times, but can provide the following estimates as a guideline:

Finland 1-3 days
Inside the EU 4-7 days
Rest of the world 7-14 days

In case a item is out of stock and has to be backordered, you will be informed during checkout process before your order is complete. In this case the shippingtime will be 2-4 weeks.

RETURN POLICY

Finland: Reasonable returns within 14 days are accepted. All returns or exchanges are free to our customers. Returns form and instructions will be sent along your order.

Inside the EU: We accept reasonable returns from orders inside EU. Our customers bear the charges for returning the package. In case of exchange we will send the new item(s) back to you free of charge.

Rest of the world: We don't accept returns outside EU for now, unless we have shipped wrong item/size/etc. All products are checked and shipped in mint condition.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All prices on our site are listed in Euro, and charged in Euro. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, Quincy.fi reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki, Finland.

Access to personal data
You can access your personal account data at any time under the section "My Account"– by entering your email and password. If you have forgotten your password then simply click on the "Forgotten Password" Link on the Login page.
